    At this time, Apothecary 695 ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Apothecary 695 ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one. But we ask that you follow these few reasonable guidelines:

    • Products must be returned within 15 days of order date.
    • Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).
    • We cannot accept returns on products that are overly used (50% gone).
